SpecSys, Inc. had been building specialized Maintenance of Way equipment for the past 20+ years for our clients in this industry. This project was a turnkey build of three (3) utility flat cars.

SpecSys, Inc. completed the fabrication, weld, painting and complete assembly of the rail cars along with our engineering department working with our client on final detail design phase, including the development of the pneumatic brake system.
