Manufacturing Assembly

Common for many of our Clients, dealing with limited resources can be a challenge. In this case, our Client was facing facility space constraints combined with a tight labor market. This provided SpecSys, Inc. the opportunity to set-up a production line in it’s Prentice, WI facility to assembly and test the Redi-Mix trucks.

Coordination of the Engineering, Supply Chain, and Custom features is worked through our Project Mgmt Team on a weekly basis. Our Client was able to provide much of the specialized tooling required, allowing SpecSys, Inc. to provide an economical solution without large upfront costs.
